Client Experience HR Business Partner

Whippany, NJ

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for the delivery and end to end management of projects and activities supported by a Client Experience Relationship Manager who will own the overall delivery. They will also be expected to identify opportunities to streamline processes in order to deliver a consistent HR service across COO & Functions. The Client Experience HRBPs will not be aligned to a specific client group within COO & Functions, instead they will be expected to work with multiple Client Aligned HRBPs on a number of different projects at any one time.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting Client Aligned HRBPs to deliver projects that embed the COO & Functions People Plans
  • Supporting Client Aligned HRBPs and the Client Experience Relationship Managers to execute the HR cyclical processes
  • Streamline and standardize products and drive consistent offerings across the different client groups
  • Acting as the point of contact for HR related queries and identifying ways to automate and streamline HR support to employees and line managers
  • Partnering with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence colleagues to deliver a seamless HR service to COO & Functions
  • Additional responsibilities include assisting with organizational design, change programs, performance development and the year-end review process

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 years of HR Business Partner or HR Project Management experience

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Experience within Financial Services is helpful but not required
  • Manage high volume of work with an ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency; willing to make process improvements to improve efficiency
  • Possess the confidence to challenge viewpoints that are not in line with policy, regulation or a sense of fairness
  • Sound judgement, able to read situations and apply discretion and clear thought to resolve them
